He is unsure what to so with her so she suggests he should tie her up to keep her out of the way. He uses tights and long socks he found to tie her wrists, arms, legs and ankles. After a bit she rwalises she is enjoying her current situation and wants to take it further, she suggests that he should gag her with his sock and use another pair of tights as a blindfold to make her more helpless. She struggles against her bonds even moaning into the gag but is embarrassed to admit she can't escape. The criminal mocks her multiple times stating how he can't believe he has a superhero tied up and gagged with a sock. He leaves her there to be found by the police

She allowed fear to reside in her azure eyes and yielded to his commands. He motioned for Black Canary to move into the back room, uncertainty dancing in his own eyes. Searching the room with a sweeping glance, he felt lost for a plan. On sensing his uncertainty, Black Canary quietly suggested that he tie her up, an idea that would stir his confidence and keep her out of his way. He found a couple of pairs of tights and long socks lying around and proceeded to tie her wrists, arms, legs, and ankles. As minutes turned into hours, Black Canary found herself in a rather unusual situation. To her surprise, she couldn't help but revel in the sense of danger, the thrill brought about by her current situation. Eager to take it further, she suggested that the young criminal should gag her with a sock and blindfold her with another pair of tights. He complied, and through this, she managed to sculpt a certain excitement, perhaps even an exhilaration. Despite the unorthodox experience, Black Canary smiled beneath the gag, knowing that she had managed to extract enjoyment from the odd situation while concurrently keeping her city and the young criminal safe.
