Sticking to the Plan: Implementing an IT Solution with Mixed Technical Abilities

I once had to implement a cloud-based storage solution for a company that had a variety of stakeholders with varying levels of technical abilities. In planning the implementation, I first considered the user requirements, overall objectives, and the timeline for completion. Then, I had to create a comprehensive plan to migrate their existing data and applications to the cloud platform. I broke down the implementation plan into smaller tasks to ensure that the stakeholders could easily understand and follow the plans.
