Leadership Styles in Africa: How They Impact School Quality

The leadership style I have experienced has had a significant impact on the quality of my school. It has allowed us to drive innovation, collaboration and progress in the way we approach our teaching and learning. For starters, the school leadership has created an environment that encourages open communication between teachers, parents and students. This has been empowering for the teachers, as they feel they are able to discuss their thoughts, opinions and concerns and have those heard. At the same time, parents and students have felt more connected to the school and have had their voices heard, which has been a great boost to morale. Leadership style has also allowed for more innovative and creative teaching approaches, which has motivated the students to work harder and engage more with their education. I believe this has had a positive effect on the quality of education that is being provided to the students. The leadership style has also enabled us to explore new ways of delivering curriculums and engaging our students. We have been able to bring in more technology and interactive activities, which in turn has enabled us to develop their skills and understanding further. We have also seen an increased focus on providing a more holistic education to our students. This has included introducing a more personalized approach to teaching and involvement in extracurricular activities. This has enabled us to address each student's individual needs and increase their engagement with the curriculum. All in all, the leadership style has been a great asset to our school. It has enabled us to provide our students with a better quality of education, while also creating a more positive and engaging learning environment.
