That's a great idea. A lot of people find it helpful to step back from their work and get perspective from a third party. There are a number of ways to do this. You could talk to a counselor or coach, set up a mentoring relationship with a colleague, or even just keep a journal to write down your thoughts and feelings about your work. Whatever works best for you, give it a try and see how it goes.
