It's difficult to determine why your older brother didn't bring you the medication or attempt to wake your mom up. However, it's important to communicate with them and express your needs clearly. Try to have a conversation with your brother and explain how much pain you were in and how important it was for you to get the medication. It's important to understand that people may have different reasons for their actions, and it may not necessarily be because they are being mean or selfish. Nonetheless, your health and well-being are important, so make sure to express your concerns and needs clearly. If you continue to have issues, consider talking to a trusted family member or seeking medical attention.
