I was relieved that I didn't do whatever it was that I had thought I might have done when I was under the influence of the potion. I was also super grateful to be back in my own house and to have the support of family and friends around me. I went to the doctor for follow-up appointments to make sure that I was recovering from the potion. I had to make some lifestyle changes like eating better and getting more sleep but over time I got back to better health. I'm thankful that I never followed through on the thought I had while under the potion's influence and I'm grateful for the help I received.
