The region also has access to rare woods, herbs, and spices. Homes: The homes of those living in the Benkarovia region were made of timber, clay and stone. Many of these dwellings were constructed using traditional methods, such as pit-houses, and were designed to withstand the region's frequent flooding. Clothing: The people living in the Benkarovia region wore clothing made of animal hides and furs, as well as cloth-like garments made from woven reeds.
