Celtic Victory in Battle Against the Romans

The Battle began on a sunny day in the peaceful hills of what is now modern-day France. 25000 Celts and 250000 Romans lined up and faced each other, each vying for supremacy over the other. The Romans, with their superior numbers, charged headlong into the Celtic lines and immediately started to overwhelm them. The Celts quickly regrouped however and managed to hold their ground, their superior skill in close-quarters combat allowing them to hold their lines. For hours, the battle raged, with neither side gaining a clear advantage. Despite their skill and their courage, the Celts were simply outnumbered and were slowly being pushed back by the sheer weight of numbers facing them. But then, out of nowhere, a Celtic war-band appeared from the forests and descended down upon the Romans like a storm. Armed with spears and swords, they quickly routed the Romans and inflicted huge casualties on them. The Romans, now in shock, attempted to flee the battle-field, but the Celts were relentless in their pursuit, driving the Romans into the surrounding woods and slaughtering them in the process. By the end of the fight, the Celts had massacred almost the entire Roman army and had taken their weapons and their supplies as a trophy of their victory.
