with eyes of a predator and they look in shock I try to help them but my mind starts to think of hunting and destroy so I try to stand up and walk away but my legs are heavy and I fall down. I try to make the voices inside me go away and control the urges I'm feeling. I take a deep breath and close my eyes, focusing on my breathing and counting. Slowly, I begin to feel more in control, and my senses start to become more clear. I open my eyes and Matt and his sister are still there, looking at me with worry. I'm standing up now and I walk towards them, trying my best to keep my inner beast at bay. Matt moves in front of his sister protectively, telling me to stay away. I take another deep breath, and I look at them both in the eyes, telling them that I'm sorry and that I'm not a monster. Matt looks unsure, but his sister steps out from behind him and says, "It's okay, I trust you. Now, let's get out of this game and help the others." I nod and agree, and I follow them out. We make it outside, and I can see the others rally around us, helping each other. We make it out with no one hurt, and I feel relieved. We have saved each other, and I am thankful for the chance to be an ally instead of a predator.
