Illya had nothing but contempt for Kuro right now. Her doppelganger had only been around for a few days, and yet, had turned her whole life into utter chaos. From trying to outright kill her to just plainly impersonating her, Kuro had made herself the bane of Illya's existence. In this latest development, she had deemed it fun to go around the school, making out with Illya's classmates and even her teacher. This left a very unpleasant surprise for Illya upon arriving at school.
After being chased by her friends and teacher, Illya had tracked the tanned menace to the roof, only to witness her smooch another one of her poor friends.
Kuro simply said, "Well, I guess I can't get very much out of normal people, no matter how many I drain."
Illya looked at Kuro, with her friend, Mimi, slumped over in a blissful daze. Illya ran over to Kuro.
Leaping into the air, she screamed, "Why, you! Why are you defiling all of my friends?!" as she landed a kick square in the face.
The kick sent Kuro flying face-first into the roof's chain link fence. Illya turned her attention to her friend, Mimi, the girl's eyes spinning in her head. She bent down by her friend, placing her hands on her shoulders and frantically shaking her.
Illya cried, "Mimi! Mimi! Are you ok?!"
The dizzy girl could only blurt an incoherent response, "Look at that! So many pretty flowers!" before fainting.
Illya's face turned to shock, flushed red, as she shouted, "She fainted?! Was it really THAT amazing?!"
Kuro, clenching her face in pain, spoke, "She's just in shock because she lost so much mana, but she'll be ok," she said, trying to sound smug.
Illya was confused, "She lost mana?"
Ruby, having witnessed everything thus far, exclaimed, "AH HA! So that's your endgame! I just thought you were obsessed with smooching, but you had an objective all along. That's why you made out with Miyu the other day too. Isn't it?"
Still smug, Kuro replied, "Yup, that's right. I used up a little too much mana power during our battle yesterday, so I took some from your friends. I'd love to do it with Miyu again. We seem to be pretty compatible, but I'm sure Rin and Luvia wouldn't allow it."
Illya stood up, a dark look on her face. That statement struck an unpleasant chord with her. She had simply used her friends for a light refill? Somehow, this managed to top trying to kill or impersonate her by leaps and bounds. Ruining her own life was one thing, but stealing the innocence of her friends (and teacher) was forever, and totally unforgivable. Illya decided she wasn't going to let this slide. It was time to take a stand!
Illya gazed at Kuro, asking, "What are you going to do with all that mana, anyway?"
Kuro calmly replied, "I don't know."
Illya followed up, "What do you want?!"
Kuro smirked and said, "Yeah! Wouldn't you like to know? Hee hee."
"Enough talk," Illya thought! She was done being patient. Time for action.
Gritting her teeth, Illya held out her right hand yelling, "Ruby!"
The Kelido-Stick flew into her hand. Illya's school uniform was phased away, replaced by her magical girl dress.
With a look of anger on her face, she said, "Just leave us alone! You've been nothing but trouble since you showed up! My brother! My friends! Miyu! I just want you to stop messing with my life!" while Kuro simply twirled her finger through her hair.
Kuro asked her, "But how can you be happy with such a boring life?"
Illya was taken aback, "W-what?"
Kuro took several steps toward Illya. "The only bad things in your life, I've created. Being you must be so easy."
Anger turning to frustration, Illya rebutted, "Just go back to Luvia's house! If you don't I'll--"
"If I don't, you'll do what, exactly? Let's see what you've got Illya." Kuro cut her off, daring her to act.
Taking the bait, Illya raised Ruby up. She reached her other hand below her skirt, grabbing for the card pouch on her thigh. Kuro's eyes narrowed...just like she wanted.
Just then, Kuro leapt toward Illya. Before she could react, Kuro had grabbed her right hand, holding Ruby. Faster than her eyes could track, Ruby was snatched out of Illya's hand as Kuro leapt back from her.
Confused, Illya could only give a "Huh, What?!"
In the blink of an eye, Kuro now held the Kelido-Stick. Smirking, she said, "Oops, too slow! You can sit this one out, Ruby!"
Kuro turned around, facing the chain-link fence. A glow appeared on the arm holding Ruby, streams of light coursing through it. She started swinging her arm around wildly.
Ruby let out a dizzying cry, "Whoooaaa! Wh-ah-ah-t's gooooing ooonnn!"
Now a blur, Kuro let the stick loose, throwing her clean over the fence.
"Illyaaahhhh!" Ruby screamed as she went.
"Ruuuubbbbyyyy!" Illya resounded.
Ruby was sent flying like a streak of lightning, going over a line of buildings off in the distance. Gone in flash.
As she was still trying to process what had just happened, Illya felt a chill run up her spine. Her dress was enveloped in light that then evaporated away, turning back into her school uniform.
A gulp came from Illya's throat as she swallowed hard. A nervous "Uh-Oh!" escaped her mouth.
Kuro turned back to Illya, a bigger smirk on her face. "Uh-Oh is right. I can't believe you fell for the same trick I used against Miyu just yesterday. If your stick is too far away, you lose its power."
Kuro started to walk slowly toward Illya. Panicking, she remembered the Class-Card she had reached for a moment ago. Intent on using it to defend herself, Illya suddenly realized it wasn't in her other hand anymore.
"Oh, looking for this?" said Kuro, holding up the card between her fingers. "I swiped it, too. You won't be needing it, anyway."
Illya took a couple of steps back, the panic forming into a look of fear. "W-why did you do that? Where did you send Ruby?"
Kuro replied, "Just far enough away. I'd say we have a few minutes before she gets back; Just enough time for what's about to happen."
"What do you mean?" Illya asked hesitantly.
"Why, me becoming the real Illyasviel Von Einzbern, of course." Kuro replied.
Her eyes going wide, Illya said, "That again?! But you know you can't kill me without killing yourself. Did you forget the mark Rin put on you?"
Kuro's expression turned dark. Placing a hand on her stomach, she said "Yes... That pesky Curse Mark. How could I forget? Between that and how little mana I got from your friends, I've been thinking... and I've realized that any hope I had about trying to replace or even just imitate you won't work. But then I remembered something very interesting."
Continuing her line of questions, Illya asked, "And what would that be?"
Kuro started to pace a circle around Illya. "Tell me, Illya, do you remember the first time you used the Archer-Card?" she said with a stoic look.
Confused, Illya answered "N-No... Miyu said I blacked out after using it against the Saber-Card. I don't remember anything during that fight. And we haven't seen it since you showed up. Why? What does it have to do with this?"
Still pacing, Kuro said "A lot, actually. That's because it wasn't you who used the Archer-Card, then. It was me!"
Illya's confusion turned to a gasp of surprise. "W-What?! How could that be?! It makes no sense!"
Kuro stopped pacing just a few steps away in front of Illya. "Of course it makes sense. We were still one at the time, after all. I just took control of you to ensure our survival."
Illya's surprise turned back to confusion. ""Still one?" "Took control?" But wait..." The wheels in Illya's head turned as the idea clicked into place. "You mean, you're a part of ME?!"
Kuro's grim expression turned back into a smirk. "Glad to see you figured it out. But too little, too late. Because I'm thinking it's time we "reconnect!".
Kuro dropped the Class-Card to the ground. She leapt at Illya, and was instantly in front of her with a single step. Once again, before Illya could react, Kuro grabbed her by the shoulders. Illya's face turned to a wide-eyed expression of shock as she looked side to side at the tanned hands grabbing her, then straight at Kuro.
This surprise was offset by the glow of a white light that started to appear where Kuro's hands made contact with Illya. This light expanded from Kuro's hands and enveloped Illya's upper chest. A dozen questions ran through Illya's mind as the glow intensified, but just as she was going to react, she was stopped as Kuro started to lean into her. Illya could feel no pressure being exerted against her chest. She cast her eyes down, only to notice why.
Much to her shock, Kuro's hands had disappeared, as if the light had enveloped them as well. It continued. Kuro's arms were being swallowed by the light now. As if being slowly drawn into a pool of water, Illya realized that Kuro was SINKING into her. That is to say, she was sinking into the light that was enveloping her.
Illya started to panic. "W-W-What's happening?! What are you doing?!" she exclaimed.
Kuro swiftly responded, "Isn't it obvious? We're rejoining! You'll see soon enough."
Kuro continued to sink further into Illya, the light having consumed her forearms up to her elbows. Her smirk turned into an eagerly wide grin, telling Illya her doppelganger clearly wanted this. Soon, Kuro had been enveloped all the way up to her own shoulders. The rest of her form was pulled flush against Illya's body. Illya now found herself completely unable to move. She cast her eyes down to look herself over.
All she saw was her own body, with the white glow expanding around her torso, and Kuro was absorbed into it up to her shoulders. It was as if Kuro was trying to phase into Illya. She saw Kuro's legs being pulled up against her own. The light started to stretch down past her waist, seemingly going where there was physical contact between the girls. Illya barely caught sight of her own feet before the light covered them as well, leaving every part of herself below the neck enveloped. She watched as Kuro resumed being drawn into this light, her legs being absorbed into Illya's. It was mere moments before they were gone. Then, Kuro's torso started to be drawn in as well, from the waist up. At this point, Illya couldn't describe it as anything else than her and the other girl simply fusing together. As the thought crossed her mind, Kuro was slowly fused into her, stopping just short of their necklines.
Kuro brought her lips next to Illya's ears, whispering, "Have you ever wondered what being a ghost might feel like? Well, you'll get an idea soon enough."
Illya could only muster a breath to reply, "I don't like the sound of that."
The tanned girl simply moved her head to make eye-contact with Illya. There was a knowing gleam in her eyes that made Illya's mind go numb and her body cold. Kuro's grin shrunk to a pair of puckered lips. She then pushed her face into Illya's, connecting their two pairs of lips. Illya's eyes went wide, as if Kuro was giving her both insult and injury. A glow emanated from their locked mouths, spreading across Illya's face. In just a moment, her head was encased in the same light as the rest of her body. Kuro's face started to sink, once again, into Illya's. Falling into her counterpart, her head was soon sunk all the way into the other girl's, with Kuro's rose-white hair being the last bit to be consumed by the light.
As Kuro fully disappeared into the light, its glow intensified for a moment. It then seemed to let out a quick burst of energy, as if to release the built-up tension. With that, the light quickly started to fade, as if evaporating off of Illya into sparkling particles.
Then, everything went dark. Illya felt herself falling, being sucked into some chasm within her own mind. As she descended deeper, she could see forms appearing around her arms and legs. They gleamed a light blue as they attached themselves to her extremities. She quickly realized these were chains. As she fell further, the chains grew tighter, and she could feel herself being pulled against gravity.
In no time, Illya found herself sitting on the cold floor of a pitch-black room, lit only by a dim, ethereal glow. As she looked down at herself, she noticed these chains had clamped onto her wrists, ankles, and even her neck. She tried to move, realizing she could only wiggle her fingers and toes. Within moments, she felt a force pulling her further downward until her body was drawn flat against the floor.
She muttered weakly, "What's happening to me? What is this place?"
As if in response to her question, Illya felt a burning sensation in her eyes. She tightly shut them, but upon opening them, she screamed at what she saw.
In front of her, replacing the darkness, was an image seemingly projected onto the black walls. It was her very roof top. But instead of her view, it was her friends, her classmates, and her school grounds. Her surroundings were being replaced by streams of light in the form of Kuro's point of view. She could only watch as Kuro lived out her life, pretending she herself was in control.
Tears started to form in Illya's eyes as the realization set in: she was stuck, unable to control her body, and unable to communicate with anyone outside this dark prison. She would have to watch as her life played out in front of her; as Kuro defiled her friends, her school, and herself. She was trapped, a prisoner to this insidious girl living her life.
In her view, fuzzy objects started moving through what appeared on the walls. Eventually coming into focus, Illya recognized these figures as her friends and teacher, all once again confronting "her."
Her friends and teacher burst into the rooftop door, falling into a dog pile just a meter away from the "real" Illya's feet.
Four girls of Illya's age, and a grown woman, all let out groans of pain as they opened their eyes. Before them stood the girl they had all been raising a ruckus over. The five females quickly pulled themselves from the pile before four of them started to cast an angry gaze at "Illya."
"ILLYA! There you are!" the four said in unison as they got in her face.
The other girl, Miyu, moved out from behind them, taking her place at "Illya's" side. She saw the frustration on the faces of her classmates and teacher. Of course, she was afraid they might turn their wrath towards her next. After all, she had blocked them from pursuing Illya just minutes ago, while her friend tried to solve their little kiss-and-tell mystery. Still, she could only slow their ire for so long.
Turning her head toward "Illya's" ear, she whispered, "I'm sorry, Illya. I tried to hold them off as long as I could."
"Illya" whispered back, "Don't worry, Miyu. I can handle this."
Their anger at its height, the four of them started yelling at "Illya" in tandem.
"Miss Einzbern! You have a lot of nerve. You better be prepared to make up for this!" Taiga said this with tears running down her face.
"I still cry 'scandal'! How could you ruin my romantic dreams of a first kiss? And you somehow made Ms. Fujimura's love life even more tragic!" cried Nanaki.
"Hey! I'm not tragic!" retorted Taiga.
"Yeah! Explain yourself! How can you go from pale to tanned, and back to pale again? Make up your mind!" Tatsuko said, as random as ever.
"Why would you ruin the innocence of three pure maidens and an old lady?! Have you no shame?!" queried Suzuka.
"I'm not old!" cried Taiga.
As they yelled, Suzuka turned her attention toward her. There, she saw the familiar sight of her friend Mimi. Much to her shock, the girl was on the ground, eyes wide open. Suzuka ran over to her, grabbing Mimi's shoulders.
Shaking the poor girl, she cried, "Mimi! What happened? Did Illya do this to you?"
Mimi could only dizzily reply, "Frolic through the pretty flowers...WOO!"
Suzuka turned back toward "Illya", exclaiming, "Does your debauchery know no end?! What have you done to poor Mimi?"
Their raging rants were cut off by the sight of "Illya" taking a deep breath and closing her eyes. She slowly exhaled, as if to relieve the tension. A moment later, she opened her eyes and smiled as wide as she could. All at once, it seemed as if a rainbow of calmness and sweetness radiated off her, directed at her teacher and peers.
In her dark room, Illya could only watch from the "screen" displaying her view. Every image that appeared seemed to taunt her with the actions she wasn't able to control.
"I understand you're all upset at me, and rightfully so, but I do have an explanation for this." "Illya" spoke in a calm and soothing voice.
Faced with this sweetness, Taiga paused her anger to ask, "And just what might that be? Please explain yourself."
"Illya" continued, "Well, you see, I've been reading this new manga called 'Peachy Girls' lately. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but it's a 'yuri' and I kinda wondered what it might be like to kiss another girl. So, I guess I thought it would be ok to try it with my friends."
Nanaki replied, "Illya! I had no idea you were even into that!"
Suzuka followed, "And you didn't think to ask if we were ok with that?! So you just presumed it was fine?!"
"Well, I guess I got a little over

A glow emanated from their locked mouths, spreading across Illya's face. In just a moment, her head was encased in the same light as the rest of her body. Kuro's face started to sink, once again, into Illya's. Falling into her counterpart, her head was soon sunk all the way into the other girl's, with Kuro's rose-white hair being the last bit to be consumed by the light. With that, the light quickly started to fade, as if evaporating off of Illya into sparkling particles. The particles lifted into the air, gathering into a single mass. Forming into a flat, rectangular shape, the light faded away completely, leaving only a solitary object behind. This item floated seamlessly down to the ground, landing gently with the breeze. It was a single card, elaborately designed. On the bottom of it, in fine lettering, was the word "Archer". With the light gone, Illya's form seemed to return to normal. The girl now stood there in her spot, eyes closed. She was simply still for a moment, her long silvery hair blowing in the gentle breeze. Then her arms went limp. Illya's head tilted downward and her legs gave out on her as she fell onto her knees. Her hair was tossed over her face as her knees hit the concrete. She let out a short breath, followed by a moment of silence. Then, Illya started to stir. Her fingers twitched, as if to feel themselves. She bent her left leg out, and boosted herself back onto both feet. Illya brought her hands up to her head and placed them on her face. Feeling the hair in her face, she brushed it to either side behind her ears. Behind her hair, the girl's eyes had remained closed. She slowly opened her eyes, squinting at the bright rays of the sun as their light beat down. Illya turned her head to both sides, as if to take in her surroundings. She then stretched out her arms, and waved her hands from side to side before bringing them to rest on her chest. She patted herself down from her chest to her stomach, feeling her own form. When she was done, she stretched her hands out again and stared at them. A wide smile stretched its way across Illya's face, with a gleam of joy in her eyes. Illya started to run around in circles, shouting in joy, "Yes! Yes! It worked! It actually worked!" She stopped running after a moment. Illya then grabbed a lock of her hair. Bringing it up to her face, she sniffed it, taking in the scent of her own shampoo. Letting go of the lock, she closed her eyes. As the morning breeze blew through her hair, she seemed to be savoring the feeling of the wind in her face. She felt the sun's rays on her face, warming her skin. It felt good, to say the least. Image Opening her eyes, Illya said to herself, "At last, it's really mine," with a look of sincere happiness on her face. "WHAT'S YOURS!?" echoed a voice. Illya's expression changed to one of confusion. What was that? Did someone talk? Had she been watched?! She turned her head from side to side, looking for the source of the sound. There was nothing and no one to be seen, (save for Mimi, still passed out). So what had she heard? Wanting answers, she replied "Who was that? Who's talking?" "That's what I want to know. What's going on?! Who are you?" the voice came again, with another echo behind it. Upon hearing it again, Illya could tell, much to her surprise, that the voice wasn't coming from anywhere on the roof. Rather, the voice seemed to be echoing from inside her own head. A frown crossed her face as she seemed to figure out what was going on. "So, you're still conscious, aren't you, Illya?" she asked, seemingly to herself. "I think so, but I can't control myself. It's like my body is moving on its own," said the echo. "But it's not, I'M controlling it. It looks like the merger was a success." "Illya" spoke as if in the third person. "Merger? Wait, that light? And you were being drawn into me? Kuro, what did you do to me?!" yelled "Illya". The physical girl replied "Don't you get it by now? I rejoined myself with you, only I made absolutely sure that I was the one in control." "You mean, YOU TOOK OVER MY BODY?!" exclaimed the voice. With this revelation, the reality of the situation became abundantly clear. Somehow, the tanned menace that HAD been Kuro, had merged herself with Illya and now controlled her body. The "real" Illya now realized that she had been pushed to the back of her own mind and reduced to a voice that only her counterpart could hear. Desperate to regain control, the inner Illya cried out, "You can't do this! Give me back my body!" The now "Kuro-controlled" Illya calmly replied "It's not YOUR body anymore. It was always just as much mine to begin with." Inner Illya's voice became confused. "What do you mean? How is that possible?" she asked. After a moment of thought, it dawned on her. "Are you talking about 'being a part' of me?" "Yes! Don't you get it?! I've always been a part of you! But I was always pushed back to the darkest corner of your mind, never able to act, speak, or even be heard. All the while, I've had to watch YOU live a life that should have been MINE!". Kuro exclaimed this through Illya's lips, with a sound of genuine frustration behind it. "What? B-B-But that's not right! You can't have been part of me for my whole life, and I'm not going to let you take it over like this!" cried inner Illya. Kuro placed Illya's hand on her chest and proudly proclaimed "Well, too bad! Because like it or not, I'M THE REAL ILLYA NOW!" Inner Illya tried to form her own rebuttals, but they were all in vain. For every thought she voiced in protest, Kuro simply ignored it as if it were an echo in the wind. Kuro started moving around in Illya's body. Walking in a small circle, she tried getting a feel for the new pair of legs she had. Once she was satisfied, she turned her attention to the ground around her. She scanned her eyes across the concrete floor, zeroing in on a couple items of interest. Kuro took a few steps then knelt down. Reaching out, she picked up the Class-Card that had manifested itself just moments ago; the Archer-Card, in particular. She then walked over to the base of the fence, where she picked up another card, the one she had taken from Illya earlier. She held both cards in hand and Kuro's familiar smirk stretched its way across Illya's face. With a hint of triumph in her voice, Kuro said "It looks like this is my only loose end to take care of." Seeing the cards in her hands, Inner Illya spoke, "Hey! Where did you get the Archer-Card? We've been looking for that." Kuro replied, "I've been using it, not that you need to know. It doesn't concern YOU now, anyway." Inner Illya tried to rebut. "But that's not f--" "Fair? My goodness! Will you be quiet, already? Ugh! This is why I hoped you would have been pushed back to where I was, unable to speak and unable to be HEARD. Maybe then you'd at least know how I've felt all these years. Does that sound FAIR to you?!" Kuro barked, clearly agitated. It was obvious that, despite not being in control of the body, Illya was still attuned to her eyes and ears. Kuro suspected this could mean she was still connected to her other senses. More importantly, she could still HEAR her. This wasn't how she had wanted circumstances to be, but she could still work with it. As she thought this, Kuro's irritation was broken by a sound in the air that made her ears perk. Clearly a noise of external origin this time, she turned her head toward its direction. As she looked up over the fence, Kuro quickly tuned into the sight of a blur flying toward the school roof. Speeding along, she could hear it scream "Iiillllyyah! I'm Coming!" Recognizing the voice, Kuro knew it was Ruby, likely flying back from her earlier trip. At first she was concerned, as she had not counted on Illya still being conscious, potentially complicating things for her. But then frustration was replaced by a clever smile. With a knowing look in her eyes, Kuro knew what to do. Hoping the thought-voice worked both ways, Kuro thought to herself, "Illya! It looks like Ruby's almost here. I would suggest you pipe down and keep quiet. Don't bother trying to talk to her, because no one but me can even hear you. Got it?" Inner Illya swiftly replied "No! I said I wasn't going to let you do whatever you want with my body." "Is that so? Just try something and see what happens, then...". A gleam shone from Kuro's eyes. Ruby slowed her speed and descended next to "Illya". Looking at her, it was easy to tell she was in a panic. "Oh, Illya! Thank goodness you're not hurt. I was so worried Kuro was actually going to kill you. I got back here as fast as I could after she tossed me. I would've been here sooner, but I landed in the sand box of a daycare center, and one of the girls tried using me as a shovel. Then, when I tried flying away, a boy thought I was a bug and tried to catch me with a butterfly net. It was awful!" Ruby rambled on, expressing how glad she was to see "Illya" safe. Seeing her magical companion in front of her, Inner Illya tried to call out to her. "Ruby! Ruby! That's not the real me! Kuro took over my body! Help!" But Inner Illya only heard Kuro's thoughts in response. "See, I told you so. Only I can hear you. I do believe I warned you to behave, too. Maybe you need me to show you why." As Ruby continued with her rant, she suddenly realized something. Looking around, she asked "Um, Illya, where is Kuro? Wasn't she here? She didn't toss me just so she could escape, did she?" "Illya" gave Ruby no response. Staying silent, Ruby looked her magical girl in the eyes. In her eyes, she saw sparkles appear and gleam with a light of joy only a child of the purest heart could know. This threw Ruby for a loop, as she was caught off guard by the cuteness of her contractor's sudden appeal. Without warning, "Illya" jumped at Ruby. Grabbing the floating medallion in her arms, she brought her into an embrace, holding Ruby to her chest. A huge smile was on her face as she looked at the Keliedo-Stick. Opening her mouth to speak, "Illya" said, "Oh, Ruby! I'm so glad you're safe. I was so worried about you, too. I was scared of what might happen to you." Flushed redder than usual, Rudy replied "Oh, well I'm touched by your concern, but I was only gone a few minutes, at most. Just what happened during that time?" Disregarding the question, "Illya" grew a sultry look in her eyes and said "You know Ruby, I never do say it, but I like you a lot more than I let on. I may act like I don't like your crazy ideas, but in reality, I think they're brilliant. Maybe I should show my gratitude for all you do for me." With that, "Illya" puckered her lips. Much to Ruby's surprise, her magical girl then proceeded to lay her lips on the golden star of the sentient object. Kissing it square in the center, the golden star quickly turned as red as the rest of Ruby. Plumes of steam, presumably mana being burned, started to sprout from her. A moment later, Ruby exclaimed "AAAAHHHH! Bliss..." As if life were imitating a cartoon, Ruby turned white and droopy. "Illya" lifted her lips from Ruby, her pucker replaced by a wide, mischievous smile with a proud look in her eyes. Ruby was unresponsive at the moment, apparently lost in a pleasant daze. Now in shock, Inner Illya exclaimed "Ruby! What did you do to her?!" Turning her thoughts inward, Kuro said, "Now do you understand, Illya? The more you resist, the more frequently I'll do things like this. I could easily go around messing with everyone's heads if I wanted. I wonder what your friends and family would think if you suddenly started acting like a flirty prima donna." Inner Illya retorted, "You can't do this! I won't let you!" "I can and I will, unless you BEHAVE and pipe down! Just do as I say, and no one's life will be ruined, got it?!" Kuro made herself very clear. Inner Illya was silent for a moment, then spoke "Fine...But I don't have to like it." "Wise decision. Now behave!" finished Kuro. Just moments later, Ruby sprang back to life, floating out of "Illya's" arms. She looked around, taking in her surroundings. Confused, Ruby asked "Uh. What just happened? Oh, right, now I remember. Thank you for the affection Illya. It's nice to know you think so highly of me, but we really need to focus on what just happened with Kuro." "Illya" replied "Sorry, Ruby. I'm just glad you're OK. I don't think we need to worry about that anymore." Ruby inquired "What do you mean?" Looking at "Illya", Ruby only just then noticed the items she had in hand since she arrived. Upon closer inspection, she realized they were two class cards. This didn't add up to Ruby, as there had only been one there before she was sent flying, so she wondered what had happened. "Um, Illya, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you only have one Class-Card before? Where'd you get the other one?" Ruby asked. "Illya's" response was to proudly turn both cards around, letting Ruby see for herself. Much to her surprise, Ruby saw that one of them was the missing Archer-Card. "Illya! That's the Archer-Card! But how did you find it?" exclaimed Ruby. "Well, let's just say I found it after 'dealing' with Kuro. She won't be a problem anymore." "Illya" stated as she slipped both cards into the pocket of her skirt. Ruby became confused "What do you mean? Did she have it this whole time?" "Illya" replied, "Well, kind of..." Before she could say anything more, she was cut off by the sound of loud thumping. Looking in its direction of origin, the two could tell it came from the rooftop's door, meaning someone was actively ascending the stairs. From the level of volume, there were likely multiple people. Ruby took the cue to duck out of sight, hiding in the long locks of "Illya's" hair before slipping down into the back of her shirt. "Illya" took the opportunity to compose herself for what was to come. As if on cue, the door burst open with several people falling through it, landing in a dog pile just a meter away from "Illya's" feet. Four girls of Illya's age, and a grown woman, all let out groans of pain as they opened their eyes. Before them stood the girl they had all been raising a ruckus over. The five females quickly pulled themselves from the pile before four of them started to cast an angry gaze in "Illya's" direction. I tried to hold them off as long as I could." "Illya" whispered back, "Don't worry, Miyu. I can handle this." Their anger at its height, the four of them started yelling at Illya in tandem. How can you go from pale, to tanned, and back to pale again? Make up your mind!" Tatsuko said, as random as ever. "Why would you ruin the innocence of three pure maidens and an old lady?! Have you no shame?!" queried Suzuka. "I'm not old!" cried Taiga. As they yelled, Suzuka turned her attention toward her. There, she saw the familiar sight of her friend Mimi. Much to her shock, the girl was on the ground, eyes wide open. Suzuka ran over to her, grabbing Mimi's shoulders. Shaking the poor girl, she cried "Mimi! What happened? Did Illya do this to you?" Mimi could only dizzily reply, "Frolic through the pretty flowers...WOO!" Suzuka turned back toward "Illya", exclaiming, "Does your debauchery know no end?! What have you done to poor Mimi?" Their raging rants were cut off by the sight of "Illya" taking a deep breath and closing her eyes. She slowly exhaled, as if to relieve the tension. A moment later, she opened her eyes, and smiled as wide as she could. All at once, it seemed as if a rainbow of calmness and sweetness radiated off her, directed at her teacher and peers. "I understand you're all upset at me, and rightfully so, but I do have an explanation for this." "Illya" spoke in a calm and soothing voice. With her rage quelled by the aura of sweetness, Taiga asked, "And just what might that be? Please explain yourself." "Illya" continued "Well, you see, I've been reading this new manga called 'Peachy Girls' lately. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but it's a 'yuri' and I kinda wondered what it might be like to kiss another girl. So, I guess I thought it would be ok to try it with my friends." Nanaki replied, "Illya! I had no idea you were even into that!" Suzuka followed, "And you didn't think to ask if we were ok with that?! So you just presumed it was fine?!" "Well, I guess I got a little over eager," "Illya" rebutted. Taiga burst out, screaming, "And why did you have to steal my first kiss while you were at it?! Weren't your little friends enough?!" "Hey! That's not fair!" cried Suzuka, Nanaki, and Tatsuko. Still calm, "Illya" answered, "I guess you could say that's just how much I admire my teacher." As she said these words, a shot of pleasure made its way through Taiga's heart. Her face grew a blissful expression as she clasped her face in a bashful manner. "Oh, well Illya... I had no idea you felt that way," Taiga replied, clearly blushing and embarrassed. Suzuka asked, "Hey, what's with the blushing bride act?" "Yeah, she's just being a literal kiss-up!" followed Nanaki. Taiga snapped out of her daze and composed herself. With her anger gone, she addressed "Illya", "As nice as that is Illya, your behavior this morning was still wholly inappropriate. I'll be expecting you to come see me after school so we can discuss a proper punishment. Is that clear?" "Yes, ma'am. I'm sorry to you all for the trouble. I guess I took my curiosity a little too far." "No kidding!" The four said in unison. Taiga followed up, saying, "That's enough, girls. Back to class with you. I need to get Mimi here to the nurse (I hope she's not heavy)." With that, Suzuka, Nanaki, and Tatsuko all turned around and walked back into the stairwell. Illya and Miyu followed a short distance behind them, walking side-by-side. Taiga went to Mimi's side and bent down to pick the dizzy girl up. She had to struggle to pick the lightweight elementary school girl up, before slowly trying to make her way down the three story building. "Ugh, heavy..." Taiga said under her breath. As they made their way down the stairs, Miyu leaned into "Illya". Close enough to whisper, she said, "Hey, Illya. What happened up there? Was this all Kuro's doing, like we thought?" Looking at her friend, "Illya" replied, "I'll have to explain all the details to you later, but let's just say my 'imposter' has been dealt with, for good." And so, the girls made their way to Class 5-1. The first bell of the day rang and classes came into session. "Illya" had a smile on her face as she was ready to greet this new day. "This isn't good..." thought Inner Illya. Rewrite this story by make sure illya is stuck I'm her body trap as chole live her life the way she trap is a group of magic chain hold her in her head that also make so she can't talk to anyone out side of her body and can only watch as her life go by in a black room why watch what look like a TV but her body eyes see instead this is illya point of view trap in her body why chole live her life.
Response: Illya had nothing but contempt for Kuro right now. Kuro simply said, "Well, I guess I can't get very much out of normal people, no matter how many I drain." Illya looked at Kuro, with her friend, Mimi, slumped over in a blissful daze. Mimi! Are you ok?!" The dizzy girl could only blurt an incoherent response, "Look at that! So many pretty flowers!" before fainting. Illya's face turned to shock, flushed red, as she shouted, "She fainted?! Was it really THAT amazing?!" Kuro, clenching her face in pain, spoke, "She's just in shock because she lost so much mana, but she'll be ok," she said, trying to sound smug. Illya was confused, "She lost mana?" Ruby, having witnessed everything thus far, exclaimed, "AH HA! So that's your endgame! I just thought you were obsessed with smooching, but you had an objective all along. That's why you made out with Miyu the other day too. Isn't it?" Still smug, Kuro replied, "Yup, that's right. I used up a little too much mana power during our battle yesterday, so I took some from your friends. I'd love to do it with Miyu again. We seem to be pretty compatible, but I'm sure Rin and Luvia wouldn't allow it." Illya stood up, a dark look on her face. Illya gazed at Kuro, asking, "What are you going to do with all that mana, anyway?" Kuro calmly replied, "I don't know." Illya followed up, "What do you want?!" Kuro smirked and said, "Yeah! Wouldn't you like to know? Hee hee." "Enough talk," Illya thought! She was done being patient. Time for action. Gritting her teeth, Illya held out her right hand yelling, "Ruby!" The Kelido-Stick flew into her hand. Kuro asked her, "But how can you be happy with such a boring life?" Illya was taken aback, "W-what?" Kuro took several steps toward Illya. "The only bad things in your life, I've created. Being you must be so easy." Anger turning to frustration, Illya rebutted, "Just go back to Luvia's house! If you don't I'll--" "If I don't, you'll do what, exactly? Let's see what you've got Illya." Kuro cut her off, daring her to act. Taking the bait, Illya raised Ruby up. She reached her other hand below her skirt, grabbing for the card pouch on her thigh. Kuro's eyes narrowed...just like she wanted. Just then, Kuro leapt toward Illya. Before she could react, Kuro had grabbed her right hand, holding Ruby. Faster than her eyes could track, Ruby was snatched out of Illya's hand as Kuro leapt back from her. Confused, Illya could only give a "Huh, What?!" In the blink of an eye, Kuro now held the Kelido-Stick. Smirking, she said, "Oops, too slow! You can sit this one out, Ruby!" Kuro turned around, facing the chain-link fence. A glow appeared on the arm holding Ruby, streams of light coursing through it. She started swinging her arm around wildly. Ruby let out a dizzying cry, "Whoooaaa! Wh-ah-ah-t's gooooing ooonnn!" Now a blur, Kuro let the stick loose, throwing her clean over the fence. If your stick is too far away, you lose its power." Kuro started to walk slowly toward Illya. Panicking, she remembered the Class-Card she had reached for a moment ago. Intent on using it to defend herself, Illya suddenly realized it wasn't in her other hand anymore. "Oh, looking for this?" said Kuro, holding up the card between her fingers. "I swiped it, too. You won't be needing it, anyway." Illya took a couple of steps back, the panic forming into a look of fear. "W-why did you do that? Where did you send Ruby?" Kuro replied, "Just far enough away. I'd say we have a few minutes before she gets back; Just enough time for what's about to happen." "What do you mean?" Illya asked hesitantly. "Why, me becoming the real Illyasviel Von Einzbern, of course." Kuro replied. Her eyes going wide, Illya said, "That again?! But you know you can't kill me without killing yourself. Did you forget the mark Rin put on you?" Kuro's expression turned dark. Placing a hand on her stomach, she said "Yes... That pesky Curse Mark. How could I forget? Between that and how little mana I got from your friends, I've been thinking... and I've realized that any hope I had about trying to replace or even just imitate you won't work. But then I remembered something very interesting." Continuing her line of questions, Illya asked, "And what would that be?" Kuro started to pace a circle around Illya. Why? What does it have to do with this?" Still pacing, Kuro said "A lot, actually. That's because it wasn't you who used the Archer-Card, then. It was me!" Illya's confusion turned to a gasp of surprise. "W-What?! How could that be?! It makes no sense!" Kuro stopped pacing just a few steps away in front of Illya. "Of course it makes sense. We were still one at the time, after all. I just took control of you to ensure our survival." Illya's surprise turned back to confusion. ""Still one?" "Took control?" But wait..." The wheels in Illya's head turned as the idea clicked into place. "You mean, you're a part of ME?!" Kuro's grim expression turned back into a smirk. You'll see soon enough." Kuro continued to sink further into Illya, the light having consumed her forearms up to her elbows. Well, you'll get an idea soon enough." Illya could only muster a breath to reply, "I don't like the sound of that." The tanned girl simply moved her head to make eye-contact with Illya. What is this place?" As if in response to her question, Illya felt a burning sensation in her eyes. Eventually coming into focus, Illya recognized these figures as her friends and teacher, all once again confronting "her." Her friends and teacher burst into the rooftop door, falling into a dog pile just a meter away from the "real" Illya's feet. Four girls of Illya's age, and a grown woman, all let out groans of pain as they opened their eyes. Before them stood the girl they had all been raising a ruckus over. The five females quickly pulled themselves from the pile before four of them started to cast an angry gaze at "Illya." "ILLYA! I tried to hold them off as long as I could." "Illya" whispered back, "Don't worry, Miyu. I can handle this." Their anger at its height, the four of them started yelling at "Illya" in tandem. Mimi could only dizzily reply, "Frolic through the pretty flowers...WOO!" Suzuka turned back toward "Illya", exclaiming, "Does your debauchery know no end?! What have you done to poor Mimi?" Their raging rants were cut off by the sight of "Illya" taking a deep breath and closing her eyes. She slowly exhaled, as if to relieve the tension. Please explain yourself." "Illya" continued, "Well, you see, I've been reading this new manga called 'Peachy Girls' lately. So you just presumed it was fine?!" "Well, I guess I got a little over
